Sometimes we get stuck;

stuck in certain behaviors, beliefs about ourselves and the world, and in our personal relationships. That's where I come in. As a Couples Counselor, I offer guidance and reflection for alleviating symptoms of past experiences affecting your relationship today, as well as providing movement for change and implementing new, more rewarding behavior and positive movement in your life with your partner.

I am a PACT level 3 Couples Counselor. PACT (a Psychobiological Approach to Couple Therapy) is a powerful and impactful modality for working with relationship. As a modality it uses Attachment Theory, Neuroscience and the Biology of human arousal to quickly and effectively work on real-time errors that may be happening within your relationship. In addition to PACT, I use a mindfulness-based and client-centered therapy approach with a variety of Evidenced-Based Practices and techniques including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy for trauma, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for recognizing behaviors and implementing skills, Mindfulness-based interventions, Motivational Interviewing (MI) and Gestalt therapy techniques.
